Shipping & Returns

The Choose-Us Neck & Shoulder Massager is sold and shipped through Amazon. Amazon handles payment, packing, delivery, tracking, and returns, so the shipping speed and return window shown on the listing at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

• Free standard shipping within the United States.
• Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch; Prime members usually see faster options at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched on business days. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays can add time.
• Tracking is emailed by Amazon and is always visible under Your Orders.
• International availability depends on the Amazon marketplace you order from; any duties or import taxes are collected at checkout by Amazon.

You have 30 days from delivery to return the massager. Start the return from Your Orders on Amazon and follow the prepaid label instructions. Please include the massager, charging cable, pouch, and eye mask, ideally in the original box.

• Items should be in resalable condition with normal trial use only.
• Return shipping is free when the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, heavily soiled units may be refused or partially refunded.

Amazon issues refunds to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually within 3–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an accessory is missing, contact us at support@chooseus-shop.com with your Amazon order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

The massager includes a six-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. If a fault appears after the 30-day return window, email us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. The warranty covers units bought from the official Choose-Us Amazon listing.

Orders can be cancelled or edited on Amazon only until they enter packing. After dispatch, please use the return process instead.
